By downloading CARFACE you agree to these terms. They exist to keep the app usable and to be clear about what it is and is not.
What you get
A personal, non-transferable licence to use CARFACE on devices you own. The app, its layouts and its sound library stay ours; you are licensed to use them, not to resell or redistribute them.
What you put in
Safe driving
CARFACE displays content in the widget slot Apple provides. It is not a driving aid. You are responsible for driving safely and for following the road rules where you drive. Do not interact with your phone or car screen while the car is moving.
Purchases
The app is free to download. Paid features, if any, are sold through the App Store and follow Apple’s refund and cancellation rules. We cannot process refunds on Apple’s behalf.
Availability
Features depend on your iPhone, your iOS version, your car and the music service you connect. CarPlay behaviour can change with an iOS update, and a feature may stop working until we ship a fix.
No warranty, limited liability
The app is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, KAIN SUITE PTE. LTD. is not liable for indirect or incidental loss arising from use of the app.
Trademarks
Apple, CarPlay, Apple Music and StandBy are trademarks of Apple Inc. Spotify and Shazam are trademarks of their respective owners. CARFACE is an independent app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, where KAIN SUITE PTE. LTD. is registered.
